GC sponsorship as future employee.

I am looking for consultant company which would be willing to sponsor my GC (and labor) as a future employee. I am not interested in changing job immediately but would be willing to change after labor/I-140 approvals. please let me know if somebody knows anybody who will be willing to do this.
