I have a situation- A U.S. citizen is marrying a foreign doctor.
What is the pattern of Visas here? The U.S. citizen has not married the foreign doctor yet. They want to live in the United States and the doctor wishes to practice medicine in the United States. What is the most simple and direct way of handling: 1. getting married and 2. getting the doctor to be able to work in their profession here. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
