I m starting the gc processing very soon with a help of attorney and my employer has agreed to sponsor me the gc. I have been reading a lot about RIR ( reduction in recruitment ) which is helpful in LC stage of GC processing. Does RIR is still a valid case in Texas ? Does anyone in this discussion forum has benefited from RIR ?

How far has your Green card processing proceeded since you posted the info more than 6 months back ?.


Is your company applying for new GC's currently ?. If yes then i would like to get further information from you. Any information in this regard is highly appreciated.
