Hi,
I'm working with telecom company in DALLAS,TX. My GC was filed in july 2003 through non RIR process. The current processing date is apr 2001 and it has not been changed since two year. and my labor approval will take atleast 3 years as TX is processing very very slow in NON RIR cases.
Now I have given the option to refile it under RIR where the current processing date is sep 2003 and its fast. But my attroney and manager says its not advisable 'cause the market is still bad and there are chances of labor rejection.
So pls advice me should i go for RIR process or stay with non RIR.
