Need employer who can process GC

I am looking for an employer who can process my GC from states where labor certification is faster . Need be ,i could be in their payroll. A new project that i found is a year long contract. I have 5 plus years of Java (Core Java) experience.
Does any body know a reliable company that can start my GC process. I have 2 more years in my h-1
