Labour substitution

H1B Status:
I am in my 6th year and have filled for H1B Transfer.Landed in US Jan 31,1998.

Green Card:
Employer wants to do labour substitute,since has one labour approved and want to use it for me.

Questions!
Is is wise to file for I-140/485/EAD together right away?

How can i legally stay beyond Jan 2004 as will be completing 6 years.?

Is it true if 485 is pending with INS,you can apply for 7th year extention?
