I don't see any problem if the LCA matches your skill set.
I have couple of my friends in my company who have done this process.... or you can ask ur employer if they file at Delaware or Harrisburg i heard it take less time for the GC processing

I don't think delaware or harrisburgh has anything to do after you have a certified labor.You will apply to the INS regional service center for I-140. The process time is almost the same nation wide ..unless there need additional information.
