My employer is processing my GC. I have cleared my labor and have applied for I-140. Now if I join the client where I am working as consultant , can my current employer continue to process my GC ? Are there any risks involved in doing so. If my current employer doesnt have any objection and agrees to continue my GC could there be any problems in the I-140 or consular processing?
