    DOL Asks for Re-posting of Ad.

    Hi,

    My company had applied for my LC from the state of Maryland in Sept. 2001. Last week DOL of MD asked for re-posting of ad on the notice board of my company for 10 business days. Usually my company does not get responses to such posting on the company notice board. Can DOL deny my LC on this basis?
