Hi,
I filed my Green Card Labor in Sep 2003 and my case was returned (got Remand letter) from DOL saying that change the job title from administrator to supervisor and list the salary in ETA750 form and post it internally for 10 days. (the salary was not stated in ETA750 form earlier). I was wondering is it something to worry about. My lawyer says nothing to worry DOL do that some time.
