I have BS completed in (June) 1999 and MS in (june) 2003. The ad. for my labor cert is Bachelors + 2 years.
I took 4 years for MS on F1 visa (1999-2003) and have no work experience. I recently joined a company which is sponsoring my GC.
Will my MS degree done in 4 years (2003) after BS (1999) qualify for Bachelors + 2 years?
