Lets say i work for company A. Campany A doesnt sponser GC so started GC processing by Company B as future Employ.
Got I-140 Approved. at this stage can i continue the GC processing from company A and represent company A till i get GC. Will there be any problem doing this way, because i never
worked fo company B which actually started my GC and never will have W2 or pay slips for company B which started my GC processing. Please let me know if you guys have any idea regarding this kind of situation.
