No response to RIR Notice of Finding

Hello,
I have applied for RIR in Ohio. About more than 2 months back, they reviewed my case and asked for some additional documents. IT has been 2 months and we have not heard back from them yet. I asked my lawyer to talk to the person handling my case to check for the status. The lawyer is saying that it is not a good idea to pester/push the case handler as this could result in them being irritated. He says, they might reject the case. Is this true? Anybody have any experience or suggestions on how to proceed on this. Or should I just continue this policy of wait and watch...

In the present senario, wait and watch is the best solution. I 100% agree with the opinion of your attorney.

I was also asked for NOF in RIR in TX.
It took 6 months to get the approval since I submitted the rebuttal response. I also got the same response from my lawyer as I was as anxious as you are. I agree with your lawyer respons---wait and see...good luck.
