Need approved Labor Certificate at a consulting firm

I am working on a stable project at a big company. Since the company does not sponsor Green Card (PR), I have to join a consulting firm who will sponsor Green Card, and then come back as a subcontractor working on my current position.
I am looking for a consulting firm with an approved Labor Certificate (if someone in the firm has applied and got LC, but decided not to continue the process) and let me substitute.

My skills include Java, J2EE, XML, C++, Oracle ...
