Labor Perm Ques

Hi,

My employer filed my labor (Chicago) in EB2 category last year i.e. 12/19/2007. Is there any time frame by which I should expect the DOL decision.

Some of my friends filed labor after Feb 2008 and they already received the approval.

So I am little curious why does it take more time for my case? I have been in US for 1.5 yrs.

There is no set time frame. Some lawfirms are getting audited and if you belong to one of them, you are doomed.
