Hi,
I have Master's degree and more than 5 years experience.
I was wondering if I want to file in EB2 category what should I go with.
The lawer firm says that bachelor's + 5 years may not be interpreted as EB2 by INS. Also Master's + 5 years will be too restrictive. So I might have to go with Masters + 1 or 2 years experience for EB2
The question is about the conventional labor. What do you think will help me clearing the conventional labor certificate ( bachelor's + 5 years exp. or master's + 1 year exp. ) I would like to get minimum applications for the job requirements for labor.
