  • Labor Cerification at Florida

If anybody has applied LC at Florida, please let me know, how long it takes to get LC approved in EB3 (RIR case) and any experience during LC is also helpful. Also if you have any information regarding PERM (fast track LC), please send the information.

    Thanx in advance,

    Not Legal Advice:

Myself: Filed May 01. Approved August 01.

After me: Filed March 02. Still waiting.

Seems RIR Cases Are Starting to take alittle longer in Florida

That's cool man, you got labor approved in 3 months. Looks like DOL is processing Mar'02 now, so your friend should receive LC soon. Thanks for your reply. Please be in touch.

          Re: Filing Labor with RIR

In my case, my employer did advertisement for 3 or 4 consecutive sundays and filed my LC on September, 2002 and it moved to DOL on November, 2002. As my employer has over 50 branches all over US and as they constantly advertise and recruit, they should have shown previous ads as well. I guess, they should show atleast 6 months of recruiting effort to DOL.

The best thing is to talk to your attorney or your employer. Again as the market is not doing good, DOL may have changed regulations.
