Funny situation

Hi,
I checked with the SFO regional office for my case and the automated system says that my case has been certified on Dec 18th. But I haven't heard anything from my attorney and they say that they haven't received the paperwork. They also said that they have sent a written enquiry to the DOL which I am not sure.
Is there a way to contact DOL and check whether the papers have been dispatched. This is Feb and if it was certified in Dec 18th then it is a long time to get the papers. Any advice would be appreciated.

You are in trouble baby! . Why don't you ask your company to write a letter or call the DOL if attorney is not getting any reply.
