one of my colleague is about to get Labour cleared in short time through my company,however he got it a month ago with help of his wife's company,my company
is interested to transfer his labour to me,is it valid for me

The labor certificate is the property of the company, not the immigrant. The company can choose to substitute another person on the LC if they desire (their lawyer can advise them how).

As long as you meet the requirements (in terms of education and training) for the position then your name can be substituted in place of the original person.

Company can always substitute another person ..if the Education and exp. matches..after all why would your company or Attorney harm you?
