I have master degree in engg with 9 yrs of exp. While joining
my co. it required only bs + progressive 5 yrs exp in the
job description. In this situation can i file in EB2? , If so do
my employer need to change job desc or any thing else.
Can they file for LC in EB2 without having requirment like
(or Master's with 2yrs) in job desc.
