GC processing from Other state

Hi Immigration gurus,

My company is Delaware based, but they do most of their business is done at santa clara, CA. I also work at their santa clara office, And I am in the process of filing my GC application. Since GC process at CA takes more than 2.5 years, but at the same time at Delaware I heard complete process takes place with 1.5 years. So I was wondering could I file my GC application through Delaware ?

My Employer name is Pipal Systems Inc, small startup in silicon valley [Santa Clara, CA]. Like most of startup in silicon valley, they did their registration at Delaware and have a small office their too. Almost most of their business done at silicon valley.
As of now I do not have information for DE based employers. But if I get, surely I will mail to you.

Thanks Paul for your response. But here is dillema, If I file for my GC through DE, I will get my LC and I-140 within 6 months due to speedy processing at DE. But at I-485 INS may take objection saying that since almost most of business of your Employer takes place at CA- santa clara, Labour certification for DE is not valid. You have to go through CA processing center.
