I filed for Labor Clearance in Maryland in Sept 2001. I have frequently checked the website of LCA Processing Times. For Maryland it seems that LCA Applications are stuck up in April 2001 for last 4 months. Does anyone out there have any idea as to why its taking so much time???? I wonder when would my LCA Application be processed....
