Has any one heard about federal labour clearance for Region V recently?

My federal Labour got cleared from Chicago on 6/5/2002. They had received my application on 11th Feb, 2002. So it was about 3 and half months.

Anybody have any idea about the EB2 RIR labor process in chicago ? I'm planning to apply labor in chicago. Can some
one advise me on this.
