  • Labor receipt

    Hi,

I have just filed my Labour application under RIR from New jersey. I have read on this board that the DOL sends a receipt after receiving the Labour application. However, when I spoke to my laywer, I was told that most states do not send a receipt and NY/NJ does not so I will not be getting any receipt. I will just have to wait till the Labour gets approved. Is this true ?

    Thanks.

i heard the same thing when I checked with my lawyer. My RIR application is being processed in Connecticut and I was told not to expect a receipt until it goes to the regional office in Boston.

      Hello,
I have an inquiry, my RIR was rcvd by SESA on 10/2001 - which is my priority date, however until now it's still pending with them. Current SESA status shows, they're still processing the priority date dated 8/2001.
Supposed the LC was pending for more than 365 days since it was rcvd, when is the 1yr increment applies when my L1 visa max stay has been reach:
1.0 If LC was pending for 365 days or more? or
2.0 After I-140 has been pending for 365 days or more? or
3.0 After I rcvd my priority date for I-140.

Your reply will be highly appreciated.

      Thanks & more power.
