Is the LC valid if I join the subsidary of a company

Hi,
Iam in the midst of the LC processing through a company A. Now my company is planing to spin off my division as a subsidary( completely
owned by itself ). Do I have to re-apply for LC.

Depends. You should get a lawyer and he would more details about that spin-off to determine.
