6th yr H1-B, PERM filed, need to change employer

I am in the 6th year of my H1-B. My PERM was filed before the start of 6th year. My PERM status is pending. Due to circumstances, I will have to change my employer in the 6th year.

A. Based on previous PERM filing, can I file for H1-B extension with my new employer?
B. New employer ready to file for PERM immediately. Can PERM be filed in Premimum for 6th year H1-B filers like 140 ?

A. Possible. Confirm with a lawyer. It is risky in case that employer does not respond to audits and lbor gets revoked, it voids the H1b as per the Neufield memo.
B. No premium for Perm. However I140 could be if you meet the conditions.
