    LC : From Which state Can I apply.?

    I am planning to apply my LC from a state X, Where I plan to work after getting my GC. But the company which will sponsor for my GC is based in an another state. Can still I apply for my LC from the state X.?

    Please Advice.

    if your company has an office there then they can apply for your LC from there.
