Please help me.
I work for a company in California. I cant able to file RIR labor for GC, as my company doesn’t have a 6 months recruitment pattern and they are not willing to do a blind advt, as it against the company policies. Filing NON-rir in California will take ever to process.
My only solution is to change company or file non-RIR with a state with less processing time.
My company has branches all over US but with slightly different names. For example, head office's name is abc enterprises inc and the branch name is abc plastic division of Arizona inc.
I noticed the non-rir time frame is less in Pitts berg. my company has an office in Pennsylvania. Is it possible for me to file my application as non-RIR from Pitts berg ? Is there any legal implications ? Does any body know how long it will take to process non-RIR’s in Pitts berg ?
Also if anybody know a consulting company in Delaware or Maine, who will sponsor GC ?

You have to work this through you company. If they have brances all over then technically they can file from anywhere.

Filing a GC @#%$'t a business, no one can help you find a company that just files GC's as a business - That will be fraud.

Check the GC times in each state, this all public imformation and its available on this site. Once you have determined the state where is the best then look for a company who is hiring H1 & sponsoring GC.

Its not impossible, it required, time, effort & luck.
