  • labor Question

    Hello Everyone,

This might be a simple one for most of the experts here to answer :-)
my company filed for my Labour under RIR from NJ. The lawyer says that NJ does not send receipt. Does that mean that I have no proof or acknowledgement that I ever filed for Labor. Do I just wait and hope that my Labor gets approved and I hear from DOL/SESA or whichever agency.

    Thanks.

I also did not get the receipt although my case was applied in TX. Then I tried this and got my answer. Just send an email to the appropriate center (instructions below) and you will almost get your reply instantly. You can only check this once your application get to the Labor dept.

      Hi,

Thanks for the reply. But , I don't thin my application would have reached the DOL yet. It's probably still at the SESA. Will I still get a status report ?

      Thanks
