    Not sure whats going on with my Labor Certification., Please help

    Hi,

    My labor(EB2) was applied in Nov 2007 and came to know from attorney that my case is being Audited. And i signed and submitted the documents by Jan 2008. May 2008 another labor(EB3) is submitted for another position with the same employer. Till now, my employer and attorney has been saying, no update in both cases. I am not sure what going on.

    Please help me to understand what i should do to know more on whats going on with my Labor certification why is it taking this much time.

      Some major lawfirms have been targetted by DOL for audits and the delay is unknown. I am guessing your case was from the lawfirm that is involved.
