Could anyone tell me how long of a recruitment process the employer needs to
show in Region I (Boston)? Does the recruitment has to go on for 6 months?
Is a 3-month long recruitment process satisfactory? I have looked at the RIR
memo issued by the DOL to the SESAs. It says to submit job ads posted within
the past 6 months. It does not say, however, that the recruitment effort has
to last for 6 months.
Can anyone provide some advice? Thanks a lot.
