I started working in August 99 on OPT. Then I got an H1 in Jan2000. I got my masters degree in May2000. My lawyer has applied for LC under EB2 category. IS it possible that I will be denied EB2 category as I started working before I got a masters degree?

Thanks for your answer. I got my degree in May2000 and applied for LC only in end of June. My lawyer said exactly the same thing as you did. However there were many discussions on this in the ISN board and some people (including someone's lawyer) told that this could be a problem for EB2.Comment
