qualify for EB2

Hi, I am just new to GC process.
I have two questions here..please.

1. Do I qualify for EB2 category?
My qualification is BSC from india
and more then 10 years of Experience in networking
Enviornment.

2. My Designation in my Company is
"Ebusiness Network Specialist" which
may not require that much experience which I have,
so My question is...

If my company will file my paper under RIR +
EB2 category, it will approved or not?

It depends whether company requires anyone with EB2 level of education or experience. If they can prove that, you can go for EB2.

I am sorry to tell u that My lawyer told me
that I am not qualify for EB2 as EB2 category
required straight 4years degree. and I have
3 yeras degree in Chemistry + 1 year of degree in
Computer Application. Even though both are from the Same
University.

Do u have any alternative for me?
Please, advise.
