If my employer will post advertisment in the national wide newspaper for my position ( Information Technology area) for continue three days, after that, can I apply the LCA through RIR? or the advertisment has to be post longer?

Ads have to be continously for six months.

Newspaper ads is not sufficent to file an RIR. You must have 6 months of continuous employment advertising to include:

1. Internal Posting
2. Newspaper Ad that runs over the weekend
3. Trade/Business Shows attended
4. College Recruitment
5. Posting the Job on American Job Bank
6. Corporate website showing position
7. Internal Incentive for employees to recommend potential candidates

RIR is very specific, you file all your advertising efforts and a detailed support letter at the time of the ETA 750A/B. Each Service Center has specific guidelines.
