Immihelp please help - Confused in EB2/EB3/PD

Someone please help!!
I am EB3/PD Dec1999, LC(RIR) & I-140 approved. I couldn't
get EB2 since I didn't have 5 yrs exp prior to joining
current company.

If I swtich company now, which important factors I need to
consider (e.g. job title, salary, job location etc) to be able to get under EB2 (i am BS + 7 yrs now).

Can I keep my Dec1999 PD after switching job? or does it depend on what categeroty i file in? or depends on what
stage I am at in LC processing with current company?

If you have labor and I-140 approved in current company and join new company, you can keep your old PD, regardless of which category you filed in first place and in which category you file now.
