job requirement

Hi, all.
I just got my H1B and now start the GC process; my attorney told me MS degree is necessary for EB2. But when I filed for H1, the requirement for the position was Bachelors. So my questions are:
1.&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Do the job descriptions for GC have to be consistent with the H1b application
2.&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp If, yes. What should I do if I want to change the requirement for the position from bachelors to MS

For EB2 Job reqirement for future job for your GC should be MS or B+5 years progressive Experience.

1 Your H1B has nothing to do with your GC you can have diffrent or more education for your GC, But that MS or BS +5 should be before joining your current employer.

If you have JUST got your H1B you should work some time on h1b and file for LC after 5-6 months
