415-975-4617. this is an automated message system. my question is, it has been 6 months since my company received a letter from EDD saying that my case has been forwarded to DOL (Regular/non-RIR). when i check the automated system by inputting the case number or phone of my company there is nothing regarding my case. is this a reason for concern? can one talk to a live person from DOL and actually inquire regarding my case status? what bothers me is the fact that i have a friend from a different company who already has his case on the automated system. he also has regular cert and his case was forwarded to DOL 2 months after mine. thank you for your response.
