Do some professions or job titles have priority when processing LC at DOL?
Consider applications that have been recommended by the SESA and passed on to the DOL under RIR on exactly the same date, would the DOL office give priority processing to applications with titles such as Software Engineers or Electronics Engineers faster than those of Sales Managers, Economists or other similarly coded titles?
