  • Labor Processing

I applied for my labor in NON-RIR, EB-3 and my priority date is April,1999. I have a question.
1.What happens if the priority date becomes current before I get my labor or I-140 approved?
2.Will I have to restart the process?

I have 3 and a half years for my H1 expiry. If I Re apply my GC in RIR with the same employer, Will I be able to get my GC before my H1 expires?
    Please help.

    1. Good for you, but not helpful! If the PD becomes current that means you can file 485 ONLY IF you have I-140 approved. So, you shouldn't worry abut PD, unless you have I-140 approved.

    2. No

That's anybody's guess, but sure RIR will be faster.
