LC question

My labor certification application was filed in Sept. 2000. I have not received any receipt from DOL. Do they send out any notice when they got the application?

From my knowledge, there is no receipt such thing from DOL.

Where is your local DOL and your lawyer should know their normal processing time for LC in this local DOL. If it is way longer than average processing time, you or your lawyer'd better call DOL directly to find out what has happened to your LC application. They can find your file according to your name and your petition company if they had your file.
