    New law and 6 year limit

    According to the new law 6 year limit is not applicable if LC is pending for 365 days.

    Does the LC need to be approved for 365 days or the date of filing LC is counted for 365 day?

    1.Since filing the LC and 2. the I140 must have been filed.
