LC PORTABILITY???

Immihelp please clarify this for me : I have heard that in some cases LC can be reused if one needs to apply for GC again for different employer. I guess it should be same line of work and same area? Is this true? If you are in I-485 phase and have to start all over again - are there any steps in a process that you can skip?

LC Portablity

NO ,the LC can not be refused on the simple ground that, new employer files for new LC.If you are in I-485 process and want to start again, you have to go for new LC+ New I-140 ,only you can keep your PD if you have I-140 approved by your past employer for you.
