Immihelp.. Need your help
My employer has advertised for a BS + 2 position for 6 months in print ads, internet ads and internal postings.. Now they are going to file my RIR..
The thing is that the salary being offered (53 K) is less that the prevailing wage (64 K). I have heard from other sources that there has been a memo from Washington to the DOL's that an employer can use their own survey to validate the offered wage.
According to the Wyatt Survey, my salary falls in the right range. If we substantiate this (along with a letter reminding Boston DOL about the memo) do you think there will be a problem ?
