can I use the LC with the new company?

My LC is approved at co. A and is ready to file for 140. I have another offer from co. B. in the same state.

Is it possible to use the old PD or i have to forget everything and start over if I am with co. B?

You can retain your PD only until the I-140 is cleared.

No

It is better you wait until 140 is approved with Co A. Then join Co B. You will have to start the process again with Co B i.e. H1 and LC but you can retain your old PD.

If you leave co A without 140 then you loose PD.

could anyone tell me if i could use pd after 140 cleared with the company A. I m with company B now. Do you have official documentation for that if answer is yes.
