Did anybody's application is transfered to local recenlty?

I applied my GC based on EB2 started from July, 1998, I had my finger pirnt done this march. I got a notice from INS (Vermont Center) saying that my application was transfered to the original office (Nework, NJ) last week. Did anybody had the simlilar case? how long usually it takes till i get the interview? what should i be aware of when i go for the interview? I tried call the number on the notice action paper, but the number is not in service. Anybody has the original number in Nework, NJ? or somewhere in the web I can find the information?
