Hi
Right now I am on H1-B visa and I am planning to change my job. My new company is start-up company which has ONLY four to five workers. My new company is creating a Finance Software. From my side, I did my Master of Computer Science from US and I have three years Software Developer experience. So my question is that is there any problem for getting a LC by RIR process or in my future Green card process(I-140, I-485) because of my company's is start up company?
