Traffic violation I-140 approved

Hi all CP Gurus. My I-140 is approved and i am waiting for packet 3 to be sent . Couple of months back i had received a
traffic violation ( a city ordinance ) for which i paid the fine of $135. ( failing to report an accident ) . Does this affect my CP
and eventual refusal . Please Advice or let me know any documents i can look for in the web.

Traffic violation is NOT a problem for CP (or green card in general).
