My company has filed Labor Certification petition for me while I worked under supervisor A. Now I work under supervisor B in another department in same company and same location. The job tilte is the same, and the duties are similar as described in LC. Supervisor A is not willing to support my LC application any more, but supervisor B is willing to continue to support my LC application. Dose my company need to withdraw the old LC petition and re-submit a new LC petition for me? I appreciate any your input.
