Can anyone please tell me, how long is it taking now-a-days to get RIR labor certification cleared in Bay Area, California ?

Is there any phone number to contact the California SESA office to enquire about the case ?

Or is there a web site where one can find out about the cases that are being processed at SESA as of date ?

My case is the same (CSC, RIR) ! I applied in December 00,
and I havent got an approval till now. When did you apply

Q for ins99 : You mentioned your case was cleared from
federal in 6 weeks. Mine has been there since Jan 01, and
they are still sitting on it. The JIT reports mention that the
CSC is now processing Oct 00 LC (in RIR) which means
that I should still wait. Is my interpretation correct ?

Hi vaibhavagrawal,

I applied on 2 week of May, 2001. I have no news yet from SESA. I know of someone who got their case (labor) approved last week. He filed it on 3rd of April, 2001.

Talk to your lawyer. See if he has got receipt form SESA. BTW, how did you come to know that CSC is now processing Oct 00 LC (RIR) cases ? Can you please tell me where to look for such information ?

I goofed. My LC is not being filed at CSC, but at TSC.
Sorry for misguiding you.
