What are the chances of a travel agent getting Labor Certification under section 245i?

I recently did an H-1 for a travel agent, and it has become rather difficult. I filed the petition in terms where the agent specialized in a certain area of the world. You could try it, but right now it would be too late (245(i) ended on April 30). You'll have to wait to see what the new 245 (i) legislation provides.
